Dr Vishwas was available quickly and treated us in friendly manner. His suspicion that Siddharth had Typhoid Fever was correct as the tests showed positive result.Though he suggested us for admission initially, we requested for the home treatment. However during the treatment, he had frequest vomiting and too much weakness hence admitting in the Hospital now as there is chance of getting complications. He assisted us quickly for that, too and I was relieved of the hassle of hospitalization. He has good contacts in the town.We are extremely satisfied and recommend him ** * **** ****** ** *** *****

Dr vishwas attended us carefully

There are all in house facilities available and the clinic is managed with modern technology gadgets.

*** ****** ****** ********** ** **** **** gave medicine *** * ****** *** ****** *** then he sent me one medicine on whatsapp and I think I am still not okay it's been more than 12 days I have tried to contact to doctor but he has not responded

Was not a good experience ..

The last reviews he has given by himself through my phone and took 15 to 20 more minutes...

And last but not least

I did let him know that I am taking medicine for so long because of last doctor's advice *** * ****** *** *** ******* I am fed up from taking medicines

I hope now I don't have to change any doctor further ...

I am not able to comprehend and understand what exactly he is trying to tell. He shoots whats-app messages one after the other.... may be to get attention.... even writing this feedback on public platform is also done now being the habit to attract some attention.....Is he asking people "I hope now I don't have to change any doctor further.." Its a puzzle... viewers please answer ... does he have a change a doctor or ......his thinking....

Waiting time is too much - When I visited one patient was already inside and two were sitting outside but I had to wait for more than 1.5 hours to see the doctor while one other person suffering from acute fever was also waiting for his turn.

Doctor was friendly but I am not satisfied with my treatment as I wasn't explained the reason for my chest pain *** * ** ***** ****** *** Have to visit some other doctor.

This patient stays 5 min away from my clinic and entered as a walk in, though she called before coming. She was given Appointment at 8.40 pm and she finished Consultation and left at 9.00pm. There is documentary proof we have. When asked why you did not take Appointment rather than call, she got irritated and replied as 'shut up' on whatsapp. Her behaviour is short tempered and she is suffering from lack of 'patience' as a whole. Better that a counseling is arranged with Clinical Psychologist to calm her. I wish all the best to all her future doctors. Regards

First time in my life that I’ve seen doctor giving medicine and exchanging its cost by his own hands. I am not used to the style of operation in this clinic. Doctor gave many medicines ***** **** **********

Yes I am very humble and gives medicine to my patients by my own hands. This patient has come from a bit posh locality and has expected to have a Pharmacist to deliver him the medicines, however, he is not so attentive to see that the medicines written on the prescription paper were getting flashed on the screen at Pharmacy and the pharmacist brought the medicines to my table which were explained to his wife who was a patient as many times patient gets confused and use medicines without listening to instructions told or written in the prescription, howsoever educated he or she may be. So it's like the Bank Manager accepting your cheques in a Bank by himself or Jeweller owner showing you his jwellary in his own shop. We have certain stereotypical thinking like the writer of this feedback who observed this FIRST TIME in his life of 30 yrs since his birth but I get more appreciation for this ACT and I have no feeling of damaging my self esteem. Rather I felt honored as this observed fact by this writer is my USP and I believe in more personal Care and better Connect with my patients. This couple was attended at 9.20 pm and the reports were delivered by 10.45 pm on the same night by me on his whatsapp as promised... I wish that I should do the Proctoscopy once neatly for which she consulted me at 9.20 - 9.30 pm. So viewers kindly note 1. I deliver medicines and explain to my patients with details like how and when to take medicines 2. I send reports of samples from my own mobile on whatsapp number of the patient directly. 3. Most of the time I receive and take the IVR calls made via Practo or any other such numbers reaching me for appointment etc. 4. I make billing of the patient's services myself and deliver personally to all my patients. All this without compromising my Consultation Time.... Please note.... I am not in a hurry though few patients like the writer of this feedback feel that I am wasting my time involving in these activities.... What do you say?
